Owning the design of BioMatrix, a biometrics-driven AI financial product bridging Web2 and Web3. Defined and implemented the user experience for ToC features, including an in-app ambassador program, game station, and Telegram-based TON games, driving user growth from 2,500 to 10 million.
Led another designer in the design of a mobile home pre-order system that significantly boosted client earnings. This solution enabled the client to secure a high volume of pre-order payments during CES 2025, making key contributions to A&C Tech's strategic pivot to B2B services and driving early-stage client acquisition and revenue growth.
Created a design system from scratch for both web and mobile apps, which significantly streamlined the design process, ensured visual and functional consistency, and strengthened the company's unique brand identity.

Volunteer
Conducted research on inclusivity and equity issues in AI-assisted writing, focusing on biases in word processing software and large language models. Designed and conducted semi-structured virtual interviews with 13 participants to gather qualitative data, analyzed data using thematic codes to identify key insights and implications, and published a paper on CSCW.
Led 6 on-site participatory design sessions with children aged 6–10, gathering insights on topics such as security and privacy in technology, UI affordances in video games, misinformation in AI, and safety in AR/VR/XR environments.

Led or co-designed features within a ToB catering management system across web and mobile platforms, which involved creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces, ensuring high-quality delivery, and resulted in an 83% increase in annual Gross Merchandise Value to $388 million, and a 91% increase in annual revenue to $61 million.
Led the customization of UI components with a data-driven approach and updated the cross-platform (Web, iOS, Android) design system.
